الضفة في اليوم الثاني: عدوان بلا سقوف

تحمل عملية «مخيمات الصيف»، والتي بدأها العدو الإسرائيلي في شمال الضفة الغربية فجر الأربعاء، بعضاً من أهدافه التي فشل في تحقيقها في قطاع غزة، ولعلّ أهمّها تمرير مخطّط «التهجير الطوعي المؤقّت»، الذي من شأنه أن يتحوّل إلى تهجير دائم. ومع استمرار العدوان لليوم الثاني على التوالي، وتركّزه في مدينتَي جنين وطولكرم، بعد انسحاب قوات الاحتلال من مخيم الفارعة في مدينة طوباس، أصبح الحديث عن هذا التهجير يدور علانية على ألسنة وزراء في حكومة بنيامين نتنياهو، وأعضاء في «الكنيست».ولا تتلمّس إسرائيل اعتراضاً حقيقياً على أفعالها في الضفة، إذ إن الضوء الأخضر الأميركي الذي مُنح لها لتنفيذ أوسع عملية إبادة جماعية في قطاع غزة، لا يزال متاحاً لارتكاب ما تراه مناسباً في الضفة، بما يشمل الترحيل والتهجير. وتأكيداً على ما تقدّم، أعربت الولايات المتحدة عن «تفهّمها» لعمليات الإخلاء في الضفة، ولو أنها قالت إنها «ضدّ تهجير إسرائيل للفلسطينيين»، بحسب ما صرّح به ناطق باسم وزارة الخارجية الأميركية، لوكالة «الأناضول» وقناة «الجزيرة»، مضيفاً أن بلاده «تدرك احتياجات إسرائيل الأمنية المتضمّنة مكافحة الأنشطة الإرهابية
