مقترحات تفاوضية محدّثة: واشنطن تدفع بـ«الفرصة الأخيرة»

يخوض الوسطاء، بالتعاون مع الولايات المتحدة، محاولات «الفرصة الأخيرة»، لمنع المفاوضات بين العدو الإسرائيلي والمقاومة الفلسطينية، من الانهيار بشكل كامل. وبعد ما اعتُبر «رصاصة» أطلقها وزير الخارجية الأميركي، أنتوني بلينكن، من خلال إعلانه موافقة رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية، بنيامين نتنياهو، على المقترح الجديد لصفقة وقف إطلاق النار وتبادل الأسرى، وتحميل حركة «حماس» مسؤولية رفض الصفقة، عاد الوسطاء، ومعهم الأميركيون، إلى محاولة اجتراح «حلول» يرون أنها تملك إمكانية معقولة ليتمّ قبولها من قبل طرفَي التفاوض. وتتعلق هذه المحاولة المتجدّدة بمسألتين أساسيتين: الأولى، تواجد جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في «محور فيلادلفيا» ومعبر رفح جنوبي قطاع غزة عند الحدود مع مصر؛ والثانية، تموضع قواته أيضاً في «محور نتساريم» وسط القطاع. وبعدما أبلغت حركة «حماس»، الوسطاء، بأنه لا إمكانية حتى لإجراء نقاش حول المقترح الأميركي الجديد الذي يتبنّى المطالب المتشدّدة لنتنياهو، ولوّحت بإعلان «إنهاء الاتصالات التفاوضية»، مع ما يعنيه ذلك من تصعيد محتمل في المنطقة، طلبت واشنطن، ومعها الوسطاء، فرصة أخرى للتوصل إلى «حلول مختلفة».
