Asia tech, real estate sectors to see immediate gains on first Fed rate cut in four years

SECTORS in the Asian equity markets which are sensitive to interest rates, such as technology and real estate, will see immediate benefits from rate cuts, said analysts after the US Federal Reserve on Wednesday (Sep 18) delivered its first rate cut in more than four years.
