NEW DELHI - India has undertaken some deft diplomacy in balancing ties with Russia and the United States since the outbreak of the Ukraine war in February this year.
Now some of that diplomacy, rooted in pragmatism, will come in very handy as the South Asian country takes over the presidency of the Group of 20 (G-20) major economies from Indonesia.
